Do we need an appointment to visit the campus?
Yes. Shivneri's admission process starts with a campus visit by prior appointment. Book a date and a time slot in the form on this page and the school confirms it by phone or WhatsApp, usually the same day. You can also call +91 8208432877 to arrange the visit.
Which days and times can we book?
Any date from tomorrow onwards can be requested, weekends included. Choose morning (9:00 to 11:00 AM), late morning (11:00 AM to 1:00 PM) or afternoon (2:00 to 4:00 PM), or say you are flexible. The school confirms the exact time with you before the visit.
Who will we meet on the visit?
You meet the admissions counsellor, who walks you round the campus and answers questions about your child's class, boarding life, fees and the admission steps. You see the boys' and girls' hostels, the dining hall and the 24/7 infirmary, not only the classrooms.
What happens after the campus visit?
If you decide to go ahead, the next step is the brochure and admission form. Then comes a short interview with the Principal and a written test, and then submission of the form with documents. The admissions team guides you through each step.
Is Shivneri a co-educational school?
Yes. Shivneri is a co-educational residential school that also has day boarders. Boys and girls study together and live in separate boys' and girls' hostels, each with dorm wardens. About 300 boarders live on the 13-acre campus at Khanapur, Junnar.
